Safeway Bakery at 77 Lincoln Boulevard, Lincoln, California.

It's a pretty good store and has friendly employees for the most part. My only problem is the bakery, specifically the cake decorator. I've ordered two cakes now the last 6 months for special occasions and both were very amateurish in decoration. It was very disappointing to me, one was a wedding cake and the other was a special birthday cake celebration. They should entertain the idea of some Wilton training for that person.
